I also saved this until the end when developing Flit - The Great Escape. BIG MISTAKE!! From the start to the finish, you need to be the #1 fan of your app for 3 reasons: Hello!
When I began iPhone and iPad development, I had a hard time getting started. Not only are the resources scarce, the look of code was just flat out intimidating. I ended up reading 3 books, and becoming a frequent viewer on Ray Wenderlich's website. I started out with a great Objective-C book called: Flying With Objective-C. This gave me a very good foundation of Objective-C. Then I went a book called: Programming in Objective-C. Hello!
I am 13 years old and I created/founded the PoKoBros. I began developing iOS apps a year ago, and I started my first game in August using Cocos2d. Although it may seem like a short amount of time, I have learned a lot. I also have developed with HTML and CSS3 for website development. I am currently working on a 2d game with Unity and Javascript. My goal right now is to learn Java and Android development and strengthen my web development skills. This blog will teach you about all kinds of programming and coding skills. I will also post tips, tricks, and any advice I learn along my journey. Learning to code was an adventure that turned out to be very rewarding. The purpose of this blog is to help you either start to program or help you become a better programmer. On any of these blog posts feel free to ask me questions or comment. Please also send any questions or comments at [email protected]. I will do my best to respond ASAP. Thank you for your support and feedback! The PoKoBros |
